Returns Policy

You may return new and unused items in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus the original freight charge.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and thoroughly check the goods before being sent.  If you receive a product that you believe has been damaged in transit or an incorrect item sent please e-mail sales@sprayshop.com.au right away and provide a photo of the damage/incorrect item. This will speed up the returns process.

Please contact us if you have received faulty goods, and please provide a photo for confirmation of the fault/defect.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post or damaged are your responsibility, and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on lost or damaged parcels.  We always recommend using Registered Post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.
